Over 100 people took part in the Outreach educational program of the National Anti-Doping Center of Kazakhstan

On July 6 and 7, the Outreach event of the National Anti-Doping Center of Kazakhstan was held within the framework of the International Competition "Qosanov Memorial".

Say no to doping! With this slogan, for two days on the territory of the Central Stadium of Almaty, together with the staff of the Federation, representatives of the national anti-doping center carried out their work. According to the KazNADC report, the Outreach tent attracted the attention of over 100 people who took part in an anti-doping knowledge survey, namely 117 people from 9 countries: Azerbaijan, Georgia, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, India, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan. Among them are athletes, coaches and representatives of different states.

Outreach is a program that allows you to learn more about the anti-doping policy, special documents, doping control procedures, the rights and obligations of an athlete. During the event, the athletes had the opportunity to directly ask questions to the anti-doping specialists and get explanations on the topics of interest.

Representatives of the anti-doping center also note that children also participated in the Outreach program, which is a positive aspect in the prevention of doping in sport.
