On January 25, 2025, Astana will again become the center of world athletics, hosting the only gold-level tournament on the Asian continent - Astana Indoor Meet for Amin Tuyakov Prizes. This large-scale event will open the World Athletics Indoor Tour Gold 2025 series, covering nine cities around the world, and will be a true celebration of sport. The final stage of the series will take place on February 28 in Madrid.

II Astana Indoor Meet for Amin Tuyakov Prizes is more than a competition. The tournament brings together the world's leading athletes, including Olympic champions, world champions and rising stars in athletics. Thanks to the unique format and high level of organization, the audience will be able to witness record achievements and inspiring victories.

Competition program

The tournament will host competitions in seven disciplines for women (60 m, 60 m hurdles, 400 m, 3000 m, high jump, triple jump, shot put) and six disciplines for men (60 m, 60 m hurdles, 400 m, 1500 m, high jump, long jump).

Cornelious Tuwei (Kenya, 1500 m): Leader of the world ranking, master of tactics.

Marquis Dendy (USA, long jump): World Indoor Champion.

Women:

Tina and Tia Clayton (Jamaica, 60m): World Junior Champions and Olympic Finalists.

Natasha Morrison (Jamaica, 60 m): Olympic champion and multiple medalist of world competitions.

Sada Williams (Barbados, 400 m): Two-time world champion.

Hirut Meshesha (Ethiopia, 3000 m): Bronze medalist of the World Championships.

Nia Ali (USA, 60 m hurdles): Three-time world champion.

Chase Jackson (USA, shot put): A young track and field star.
