The aim of this department is a formation of professional competence of specialists who organize and work as a TO in sports competitions in track and field based on his knowledge and skills, abilities necessary for effective professional activity as a TO.
We will upgrade the qualifications of TO in compliance with the licensed educational programs of the IAAF (TOECS and RWJECS) and the rules of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan about Accreditation and Certification of TO, as well as studying all modern innovations and requirements.
