In the girls’ shot put, among 10 competitors, Kazakhstan’s Tatyana Ivanishko also set a personal best — 13.44 metres — and finished in 8th place. The athletes from Uzbekistan ranked 6th and 7th, while the top five spots went to representatives from China, Korea, Iran, and India. The winning distance was 18.47 metres.

In the boys’ triple jump, Kazakhstan was represented by two athletes. Gleb Klepinin posted a personal best of 14.41 metres, placing 8th. Georgy Kozma finished 6th with a jump of 14.60 metres. The event was won by a Chinese athlete who leapt 15.53 metres in his final attempt to snatch victory from a Sri Lankan rival. Radmir Zaripov from Uzbekistan came in 5th with 14.79 metres.

There were no Kazakh representatives in the girls’ 1500m. Marjona Saidullaeva of Uzbekistan earned bronze with a time of 4:59.85, finishing behind athletes from China and Lebanon.
