The 1st Malaysian Open Grand Prix 2019 athletics competitions are held in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), where six Kazakhstani athletes are announced.
On the first day of competition, our athletes competed in four disciplines. Results:
Ivan Ivanov won the gold medal in the shot put. The athlete set the season record - 19.53 meters.
Also in the piggy bank team won a gold medal jumper with a pole, Yaroslav Vislobokova. Its result is 3.65 meters.
Young athlete Sergey Sukhov managed to win the bronze medal in the discipline "800 meters". The athlete ran the distance in 1: 51.43.
In the long jump, Rinat Kaysarov with 7.22 meters was the sixth in the tournament results table.
Tomorrow, March 31, Kristina Ovchinnikova ("High Jump") and Vadim Levchenkov ("1500 meters") will perform.
