On May 29-30, 2019, Almaty will host participants of the international athletics meeting that will be held between the six countries participating in this event.
U20 national teams from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Iran, India and Tajikistan will compete for the main cup of the tournament and the title of the meeting winner.
Competitions in 36 individual disciplines and 3 relay races will be held at the Central Stadium.

- Running - 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 5000m, 110h (1.000 / 9.14), 400h, 3000m s, race walking 10000m, est. 4x100m.
- Jumping - height, pole, length, triple.
- Throwing - disc (1.750), hammer (6.0), javelin; shot put (6.0).
Total: 18 individual and 1 relay.
Women:
- Running - 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 5000m, 100h, 400h, 3000m s, 10,000m race walking, ect. 4x100m.
- Jumping - height, pole, length, triple.
- Throwing - disc, hammer, javelin, shot put.
Total: 18 individual and 1 relay.
